| DESIGN NAME: A Wonderful Time PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: The design of theater knots manifests exotic atmosphere at the platform as well. Decorated with slanting roofs, the cozy reception area makes guests feel as if coming home. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is a noted stone hot pot store displaying modern Japanese and log texture style. The view of the front store is composed of grilles, steps, platforms, roofs and exposed concretes that make the theatre knots appealing. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: At the reception area, the wood rack wall, the Japanese wine jars, and the linear lights create lively and intriguing atmosphere. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project finished in June 2017 in Taichung City, Taiwan. FITS BEST INTO CATEGORY: Interior Space and Exhibition Design |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: With the Japanese style courtyard and planter box, the private booths decorated with iron grilles and round windows present distinct views and Japanese modern style. The application of cement finish and logs displays pleasant atmosphere. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This space is 720 square meters. TAGS: Interior Design, Restaurant RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The wooden grilles applied at the aisle and dining area delicately isolate different seats without entirely blocking views. CHALLENGE: Decorated with ironworks, the log staircase manifests the warm and composed atmosphere meanwhile.
