RESEARCH ABSTRACT: These different researches were carried out during food trucks festivals: First research was directed towards the food truck in itself. Food truckers usually offer a small selection of dishes. This allows them to have a strong culinary identity. Some, in order to mix restoration and sales stand, offers their own products such as tapenades, beers and local products.
CHALLENGE: The challenge was to succeed in mixing the trends of fast food, closely linked to the burger, with the graphic codes of premium products. Finally, give a craft aspect by creating a corporate font all in capital.
