| DESIGN NAME: Chengdu Wanhua Luxelakes Eco-City C13 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Showroom INSPIRATION: With exquisiteness and restraint, unit A builds a living space for a gentleman. It is inspired by the characteristics of Yuppies, who is undemonstrative and has strong cultural sense. While unit B is inspired by the philosophical concept of moderation, so it adopts gray as the main color in the whole space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is showroom design for Chengdu Wanhua Luxelakes EcoCity C13, located in Chengdu, China. Unit A is a poetic dwelling. Although it is modern and stylish, it's also echoed with the outdoor lakes and mountains. While the design of unit B is not about the style, nor the trend. The multi level texture and original artist works emphasize the artistic atmosphere in the whole space. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: In unit A, the main color tone used in children's bedroom is dark turquoise to add a retro metal sense of pure bronze. While the color in master bedroom is restrained but not unexpected, which is mainly in the stable earth toned color. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Design for guestroom and dining room of unit A is concise, where hard but light lines highlight the intertwined classic and modern space. On the other hand, creamy white jewelry and green plants have weakened the hardness of the entire space. The study adopts furniture of simple lines and soft shape, creating a quiet atmosphere. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Unit A is 117 square meters and unit B is 184 square meters. TAGS: Decoration, Showroom, Living Space, Modern, Simple RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The showroom design does not only meet the everyday needs of clients, but also creates an artistic living space by soft decoration. CHALLENGE: The aisle of unit A is quite narrow and long. The designer made a water modeling wall decoration in the end of the aisle, along with the top lighting, giving the entire narrow space full of agility.
