| DESIGN NAME: Emotional dimension PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: Lightning, humanity and nature. The design theme of two houses merging for a big family is infusing natural light and view into it. Big amount of ceiling window lead in exterior landscape and reduce the changes of interior saturation and materials, giving pure visual image. Brightness is allocate by structure and linear, designer hopes that interactive between lightning and space can let dweller feel relax, elegant and into it. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Designer narrows the space between natural and man-made through vertical and horizontal extension, elegant between virtual and real restitute the comfortable of space. Considering the deep emotion between dweller and space by different angle, designer chose to deliver the essence of material, color and lightning unconcealed, let the space full of delicate humanity, natural elegant and beauty of art. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The advantages of architecture can be easily seen, ceiling windows in living area lead in natural lights, which also constitute the main visual on entrance. Living room, dining room and kitchen are in opened relationship, solid wood as the ceiling linear effectively integral structure, at the same time hidden the air conditioning equipment. The planning of kitchen starts from the linear from it’s main wall, the extension enrich the visual, characteristics of materials accompany with meticulously selected large lamp, make use of reflection and refraction, created the sense of gorgeous, which is appropriate on relaxing and reconcile spirit, convey the real feelings of space. The planning of private area based on each dweller’s life personality, interpret destination of humanity, life and emotion. The concept of interactive between personal characteristic and environment achieve a new image on an extraordinary space. The range of interior design had been widen, apart from interior space, the arrangement of windows can infuse the view of four seasons into space. Designer grasps the frame view and made intermedium, the hidden space let people deeply understand nature, humanity and art are multi-facated. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Apart from the real wood, the spindle of the design is the main wall of the living room, it has the texture, characteristics and color tone of stone. The advantages of architecture can be easily seen, ceiling windows in living area lead in natural lights, which also constitute the main visual on entrance. The main wall is created by fossil, built dream stone, which implied the dream of home. It also reduce the color tone, completely embrace outdoor vision. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The interior is about 255m2. Dweller husband and wife have two sons and two daughters, and the elder son is going to get marriage. At the planning pf space, designer arranged progressive opening and private base on different type of area and linear. At the same time of enlarging the public area and determine the private area, designer let the whole space seem widen and more freedom by continuous frame views, reciprocal functional planning, creating a cheerful space value. TAGS: - RESEARCH ABSTRACT: - CHALLENGE: The most important thing for a big family home life is functional integration, establishment movement and functional multiplication. There is no much intermediary factor on the space, all of the storage function hidden in various modeling, highlight the simple field tension. The interior make use of nature color and elements so that exterior view can be perfectly fuse into interior, make prominent on dwellers intellectual beauty of life and space value. Integration of light and shadow emphasis on soft indirect light perception, tonic mild texture combine visual rhythm of each area, make perfect explanation on light and shadow, tone between layers and overall circular planning.
