PRIMARY FUNCTION: Luxury Shopping Mall
INSPIRATION: The eye-catching form of the building comes from black orchid flower which is symbol of fertility,perfection, beauty, love, luxury and opulence. A building which is a luxurious and sensual shopping mall of rich. The project is located in almost north area of Tehran. The goal is to bring a sense of luxurious to customers.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This unique Shopping mall has been one of the most important constructions in Tehran since 2016, which is located on Vanak Square. The Land is in 9840 square meters. Black Orchid has 18000 square meters retail and facility areas such as cinemas, shops and hyper markets and restaurants.The Black Orchid is built in 6 uder ground floor that 4 out of 6 floor is for parking and 10 over ground floor. The building is not only bio-phormic and modern, but also make emotional connection with people by it’s design.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Black Orchid Project is located in the most famous place of Tehran the place Which the prominent luxury brands are located.The building is not only bio-phormic and modern, but also make emotional connection with people by it’s design.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The construction of the project started in september 2016 Tehran and now still is under construction.

CHALLENGE: Our main concern designing this unique shopping mall was represention of luxury brands and join structural performance and aesthetic beauty in on new concept of building and make emotional connection between people and the building and bring a sense of luxurious to customers.
