| DESIGN NAME: BTS PRIMARY FUNCTION: Office Fitout INSPIRATION: To fit with how BTS work the office space is like a map they have meeting rooms themed like Shoreditch/Canary Wharf and the canteen is Camden Town. The main working area is themed like Notting Hill even the finance room is themed the Carnival Room – such is how they roll. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Opportunity: BTS is a very tightly built organisation that has a high affinity scale and believe colleagues are friends in fact they become family. The work BTS undertakes requires a lot of collaboration. The business was previously in a very tight desk scenario with a tiny canteen and only 2 meetings rooms. This environment was far from ideal but they had learned to accept it. Project: BTS realised they would benefit from new space and needed it to allow business growth. Woodalls were en OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: To fit with how BTS work the office space is like a map they have meeting rooms themed like Shoreditch/Canary Wharf and the canteen is Camden Town. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The project required advanced CAD technology SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The project encompasses an 8000 sq foot print and in terms of value was £727,000 TAGS: Office, London, Interior, Fitout, Design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The project benefitted from the Woodalls Sen5e process. This was an in depth deep dive into BTS and how they function. Sen5e asks all the hard questions upfront so that the project can progress in a really great way without any roadblocks CHALLENGE: BTS as a business need to be together and collaboration is a key aspect of how they do great work.
