| DESIGN NAME: VERZO eCo i1 PRIMARY FUNCTION: Electric Bicycle INSPIRATION: During the design process of VERZO eCo i1, we tried to find the compromise between elegant, modern and sport look and hi-tech serviceability. We wanted to combine everything what modern customers want and need. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: VERZO eCo i1 is a electric bike designed for a large group of modern oriented customers. The design harmonizing with elegant, modern and sport look and offer wide range of variability thanks to easy way of customization s tarting in choosing color combination and ending with different wheels, suspension forks or automatic gearbox. The uniqueness of the eCo i1 model is in its versatility providing exceptional comfort thanks to the special geometry and tool-less adjustment of driver’s seating. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The uniqueness of the eCo i1 model is in its versatility providing exceptional comfort thanks to the special geometry and tool-less adjustment of driver’s seating position. Last but not least the projected design did not forget about elder people or those with reduced mobility and women wear skirts as well. All models are equipped by smart and safety features such as an integrated rear light in the seat post and front light in handlebars. Built in GPS chip with SIM card can be used for an emergency call during an accident or tracking the actual location. For easy smartphone charging you can find USB-C port installed in the frame with magnetic phone holder which is necessary equipment of all modern people. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The bike frame is made of composite material which combines many types of fibers and manufacturing techniques. We use combination of carbon fibers and glass fibers of a S class used in producing ultralight planes and it is called “aeroglass". All these features allow us to built construction which is lighter than ordinary materials used in electric bikes segment and provide us very high firmness and good absorption of vibration which is better than in most conventional materials. Not only materials but also manufacturing technology was adopted from aviation and sports car industry. High level of customization brings brand new perspective into the e-bike segment since VERZO’s customers can personalize the product as they wish - chose a color, different wheels, front forks or other parts of the bike. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: eCo i1 will be delivered with Bosch motor with assisted pedal up to speed of 25km per hour for a street mode or up to 45km per hour for road mode. We tried to create bike, wich would not arouse useless uproar but still maintain its attractiveness for customers.
