DESIGN NAME: Restaurants Automation System
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Self-ordering system for restaurants
INSPIRATION: The desire to eliminate that waste of time we often have while waiting for the order or a table and enhance the life of staff by automating their routine. The inspiration has been taken from UX researches, communicating with small and little businesses owners, people who serve orders.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Mycelium SWISH IS 21st-century order automation system. The elegant decision which allows to save up to 50% on staff costs, increase table turnover and number of orders and reduce fraud and costly mistakes.
Mycelium SWISH unites restaurant owners, staff, and customers through easy to use dashboard system, IOS, and Android apps or web application. The biggest advantage of the system is the real-time tracking and analytics of almost all processes that occur in a restaurant.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A restaurant’s administrator fills an electronic menu with items where he assigns order points, opening hours and staff members. Afterward, a restaurant manager can analyze plenty of aspects of the restaurant's work such as income, work of employees, the profitability of particular tables or dishes. A user just scans a Qr and orders a dish in a few steps avoiding queues and sometimes language issues. A waiter sees incoming order and points its state which is displayed in a browser through the user’s web app without installation of any apps.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We use the Amplitude and UXcam for analytics and performing A/B testing, work with focus groups, restaurant owners, managers, and employees.
CHALLENGE: Develop the appropriate analytical section. Combine restaurant managers, waiters, and customers go=into one stable ecosystem.
