| DESIGN NAME: MD Furniture Design Magazine PRIMARY FUNCTION: Graphic layout INSPIRATION: Ideas have a short life span in modern press, however being in a constant search for the graphic wit is in itself inspiring and the findings rewarding. Naturally I get inspired by the work of top designers presented in the magazine and feel the urge to return the "gesture". UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: I am professionally biased in favour of the logo creation and decided to take a similar approach to the magazine making it more distinctive as well as my job more interesting. The key element is the idea behind the graphics. A graphic wit could be a letter, a word or a drawing, but it's always related to a design topic. As a result the magazine is not only the bearer of information, but has its own additional value. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A few years ago I had the great opportunity to start working with a publisher who completely entrusted me with the concept and creation of a furniture design magazine, supplemented by topics such as architecture, interior design, product design etc. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in 2005 and still continues. |
