DESIGN NAME: Hefei Vanke Light of Times
PRIMARY FUNCTION: It is a stacked villas
INSPIRATION: The project is located on the intersection between Luzhou Road & Nanjing Road, in Binhu New District in Hefei. It is surrounded by complete periphery supporting facilities in bustling business districtWant to build a relaxt atmosphere for the owners who are living in the busy city.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project devotes to build a comfortable life space for the owners in the modern rapid life.Designer starts from the hill and water, combining with Chinese traditional culture elements, taking modern new Chinese style as the main tone. The design idea centers on the space sense of purity and simplicity. The project builds their own living space for the owners by being foreshadowed with the large area of natural colors, decorated with metal materials.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The sales center brings the customers a different feeling, which makes them feel that they are not in the sales center, but in an art center. They would feel comfortable in it.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in May 2016 in Hefei City, China and finished in September 2016 in Hefei, China.

Designer starts from the hill and water, combining with Chinese traditional culture elements, taking modern new Chinese style as the main tone, with a litter metal materials as decoration, so that to add the feeling of luxury.
CHALLENGE: The hardest part of the design is to use the metal materials to build a comfortable space.
