| DESIGN NAME: EYE PRIMARY FUNCTION: Safety Helmet INSPIRATION: Common safety helmet could not be observed at the top of the head. It has blind area.It is not safe for the workers. So how to remind the workers the danger of the top of head? And how ensure the safety of workers that avoid the hurt from fallen rocks. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The EYE Safety Helmet has an ultrasonic probe at top of the product , when there is a larger dangerous objects falling, it will be detected by the ultrasonic probe and alarm to remind workers through the earphone. The workers will escape dangerous. So this product can prevent workers injured. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: When has dangerous object within two meters at the top of workers' head, the detector will detect it and alarm the users through the earphone. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in October 2016 in Wuhan and finished in December 2016 in Wuhan University of Technology. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Ultrasonic detector can detect the object of two meters. If connect ultrasonic detector and earphone, when has object within two meters, earphone will alarm the users. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 230m x 200mm x 140mm TAGS: Safety Helmet, Ultrasonic, Detector, Workers RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The height of construction site is about 4 meters, the workers' height is about 1.8 meters.
