DESIGN NAME: ANGLE
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Bookshelf
INSPIRATION: When I first started designing Angle, the first idea in my mind was to create a form and make it as a single use, and at the same time reach an unlimited size when it is combined and increased. So it had to be infinite.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: "Angle" has a multiplying and unlimited design that consists of a single unit. Increasing of the single unit by combining, a library or separator can be created in the desired measures and forms. Each unit is connected with the metals placed in the round hole and the magnets to be used together. In a small house, a small library can be created with the less number of units, while larger libraries and separators can be created in large spaces.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This object(Angle) can be created with more units in the offices and fewer units in the houses, creating a bookshelf or an intermediate partition
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Angle is developed July 2014 in İstanbul Turkey

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: First, Angle's form mold is made. After placing the rotating counters on the mold, they are pasted on top of each other and pressed to form the mold. In the last stage, the surface is coated with matte lacquer and the production process is completed and Angle are joined together by magnets so that they are easy to assemble and have a different form when desired
