PRIMARY FUNCTION: Wine labels design
INSPIRATION: The inspiration for this label design is originated by graphics of a floral element that adorns the wooden pulpit of the Holy Cross Church, a symbol of the country and central element of the company logo. This graphic characterizes all labels but remains non-invasive compared to the other elements of the labels because realized with Braille technique.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is a unique wine label design for a sardinian cellar. Clean, minimal and innovative label it has a different design from others wines in Sardinia (Italy)

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: Project started in December 2015 and finished in April 2016 in Olmedo (SS)

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: For these labels we used a very fine natural paper texture with a warm and pleasant to the touch. The label is enhanced by the use of Braille in a little invasive way
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Labels have dimension 120mm width and 86mm height, printing on an uncoated, matt, woodfree printing paper with felt marked textured surface. The printing is with gold foil for logo and horizontal line, braille embossing ink for floreal sketch.

CHALLENGE: The creative challenge was to transfer the corporate values in new labels without losing the link with the history and tradition of the territory.
He tried to find the elements of continuity with the old labels, but creating a completely new design and minimal.
The church has become an integral part of the company logo, the name of the wines has taken the position and color of old labels. At the center of the floral pattern it incorporates a detail of church reworked and adapted for the specific use.
