| DESIGN NAME: Mandarin palace PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residence INSPIRATION: The ancient Peach Blossom Land is a hidden utopia that attracts the attention of numerous scholars. The place has delicious smell of grass and trees, petals-covered ground, orderly-set houses and crisscross of paths. Now, Nanjing has a Mandarin Palace, which is comparable to the ancient Peach Blossom Land. Borrows the "poetic living" concept of the Land, the building passes mysterious, beautiful and livable qualities, and delivers a perfect combination of humanity and nature. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Design concept: In terms of the integrated space, the unique natural landscape is combined with the oriental elements of peach blossom, pebbles and grid pattern, as described in the Tale of the Peach Blossom Spring. By adjusting to local conditions, we create a comfortable and artistic conception to bring residentspeace in mind, so that they can enjoy a fairy moment. In the Peach Blossom Land, we can be isolated from the world and enjoy ourselves in a carefree atmosphere. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This project is designed by Kris lin and Jiayu yang. They came to the site to do some research and wanted to help customers find the suitable style compeleting the projects. our designers make the physical model on walls and floor, make it become fit to the project. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: It is exhibited in nanjing , China in April 2015. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: We turn the peach blossom tree into wood carving and apply it to the wall.and we put many cobblestones in Fb1 and F1, it is the chinese element.and the main material is wood, marble , grilles in wood. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: dimensions:900 SM TAGS: Peach,Blossom,Poetic RESEARCH ABSTRACT: this project is located in nanjing, a very beautiful city in china,The customer of this project is a high-end customer, we customize a secluded quiet residence for them, so we combine the luxury and comfort, interior design. we use the chinese story to create the concept, then we use the element ,like peach blossom, stones , and the artistic conception. we can feel a quiet once we walk in the room.
