DESIGN NAME: cir
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Construction set
INSPIRATION: My research topic and designs refer to the study of the behavior of geometric volumes, Modular Origami design and building everyday applied devices with multi-function. In this regard, I realized that arc-shaped pieces can be put next to each other through some connections and complex and interesting forms can be created in this way.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This toy consists of several pieces and each piece is an arc-shaped plastic which forms a quarter of a circle. All arcs are in same size and with three types of connecting piece can be connected to each other. Various forms are made by it. The expansion and adding pieces based on circular or spherical forms is its features.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: A uniform set of toy parts that a new forms are created by connecting them with each other which can be utilized by both children and older. These shapes will be very inspiring and beautiful.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2014 in Iran and finished in August 2015 in Iran.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: pieces are made of plastic. Four plastic injection molds are required which include a main piece and three connecting pieces.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: To offer to the market should exist in every package of three pieces. An arc-shaped piece and three-piece type connector. For the main piece Width 71 mm x Depth 10 mm x Height 10 mm
For linear connection piece Width 20 mm x Depth 10 mm x Height 10 mm
Castle Crusade for bi-directional connection Width 30 mm x Depth 10 mm x Height 30 mm
For connecting piece direction crusaders 2 Width 30 mm x Depth 30 mm x Height 30 mm

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: I have a few years that Origami work, and I have devised my own mind. I think the most difficult shapes are arc-shaped building to be with them. I've used the bow and software in many interesting geometric shape made with them. Prototype games are very fun and engaging and I think the market will be successful intellectual toys
CHALLENGE: The aim of designing this toy is to create complex and beautiful shapes by same shape and identical pieces. The user can create sine arcs and modern forms by connecting complex-shaped pieces. Design of connections is a little difficult. At the end, I have tried to design a new product that is not similar to the existing products in the market.

This work is absolutely astounding! I'm so impressed with the creativity and detail that went into creating this construction set. It's obvious that a lot of hard work and thought has been put into the design. From the cleverly designed pieces to the way they fit together to create an array of different structures, it's truly amazing. I am absolutely in awe of the beautiful work that has been bestowed with the A' Design Award. The construction set with its arc-shaped pieces is an ingenious design that allows users to create complex and interesting forms. Salman Ebrahimi has truly created something special with their award-winning work, "cir".
