| DESIGN NAME: Dark Side PRIMARY FUNCTION: Recessed Lighting Fixture INSPIRATION: Cosmic space become the main theme for these fixtures. The idea is to bring a calm of a cosmic space into wild contemporary life. Delighting your eyes with a mix of colored lights, play of light and misty shadow, natural textures and reliefs contrasting with flat surface provides comfort atmosphere for rest. It is very meditative and reflective so it's especially good for rest places, bedrooms, lounges etc. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Dark Side is a space-inspired range of wall seamless recessed luminaires made of gypsum and concrete. Each fixture reminds a space object. Turning on the light gives an extra feeling of spherical volume for central part of the luminaire highlighting its relief and surface bump. Use of different colors and color temperatures of LEDs coupled with different concretes gives an assortment of luminaires. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The fixture consists of two main parts. The main body is made of gypsum molded in silicone form. It has metal threaded inserts allows to assemble it with the middle concrete part and to fix mounting brackets on it's body. Mount scheme is typical for gypsum recessed fixtures.
