RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This research looks at the functionality of artwork, such as sculptures to provide aesthetic utility in the everyday life. This project draws the inspiration from media and physical violence to depict the fluidity of intense emotions to the momentum of the structural design. This focus undermines the pop culture view of blunt force and explore the physical form of casualty.
CHALLENGE: The design of posture to assimilate a life like gesture for the brass sculptures. The polishing details maintain fluidity of limbs structure to the main structural composition of the artwork.
