| DESIGN NAME: Office on the Go PRIMARY FUNCTION: Stationary Kit INSPIRATION: Making it possible to use same tools in home and office environment, Office on the Go saves space for tidy working spaces. Metal extrusion body is used as an enclosure to cover the whole kit. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Fitting the essential elements of office environment in a small space, Office on the Go presents a compact office utensils kit that comes in handy. Holding a wide variety of tools together, it includes cutters, templates, stylus and paper holder. Created especially for toolkit lovers, the design is a survival pack for neat workers that can’t do without their tools. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The kit includes wire cutter, guillotine cutter, double sided blade, ruler, circle templates, protractor, puncher, stylus and pen, screwdriver, allen keys, corkscrew, bubble level, compass, stamp, usb memory stick, fresnel lens and paper holder. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Metal and plastic production technologies, including cnc machining and plastic injection moulding. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 13 cm x 6 cm x 4 cm. TAGS: stationary kit, stationary design RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Office tools that are frequently used in combination was specified and collected within a survival kit for stationary items. CHALLENGE: Main challenge was to fit all the necessary equipment into the smallest space possible within an efficient and easy to use design.
