PRIMARY FUNCTION: Exhibition Design
INSPIRATION: The inspiration comes from the rich culture background of China, the city that is filled with both ancient prints and modern high buildings. A place with many different faces of people.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This exhibition is a part of Changi Airport's Travellers' series, showcasing about China as a destination, promoting and aims to increase the flights flying to the various location in China.
The exhibition consists of 3 parts, the interactive where there are activities like making mooncake, the exhibition where people can learn about the diversity its culture and activities like 5d rides to boost the footfall to the exhibition.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The exhibition aims to break the generalized view of China and see it from a different point of view. In the past China was regarded as an ancient city drenched in backwardness, but China has so much more to
offer than just tradition. It is now a modern bustling place that has still retained it’s past and yet gone forth into the future
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started on July 2015 and finished on October 2015

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Wood is use at the main structure frame, stickers with design to enhance the texture. Lastly, Foam boards that are curve with patterns made up the roof of the exhibition.

CHALLENGE: This project was to break the generalized view of China and see it from a different point of view.
In the past China was regarded as an ancient city drenched in backwardness, but China has so much more to
offer than just tradition. It is now a modern bustling place that has still retained it’s past and yet gone forth
into the future. This exhibition is a way of showing regard and appreciation to China and to widen the view
point of the audience.
