| DESIGN NAME: Fangting PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential House INSPIRATION: The layout and the lighting are the key points what a good design got to have in advance. The lighting comes in two ways, naturally and artificially. Only with a proper layout would it make the lighting completed in the house. Structurally speaking, it's coordinated perfectly with proportion. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Visual balance is the key to a classical interior design style. Like in the living room, using the contrast of black and while to create this space eternal. Then based on the fascinating concept and layout. Continuous strip and wallpaper facade extend the smooth and quiet atmosphere of the whole room. Moreover, the deep-color furniture mixes with small black-and-white pieces. Cozy, spacious and elegant is the message this case is trying to send. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: When releasing the restraint of space from design, I also hope that the design will not be limited by space. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: - SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 419 square meters TAGS: - RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Because we get through two households, the rearrangement of configuration and line of motion is of great importance. Then, there are segments for both public and private area. When entering the door, we can see a public area in which is bright and generosity. After going through an aisle, we can arrive at the two private areas, where maintain independence and privacy in each space, and help people convert moods. CHALLENGE: There are many aspects in emotion for household life. By using white as fundamental color, we hope the background is simple and neutral that sets off the furniture, decorations, and lightings. The flannel, leather, and stone can be used as texture. The black, grey, and silver can be used as symbols as well. Such arrangements that constitute not complicate but harmonic vision. In every moment, we can see elegance, fashion, and warmness. To satisfy the owners’ expectations toward the residence, we place a big table with stone desktop, on which members can surf online, read, or work. The table itself has a taste of vigor, which reflects interestingly with neo-classical style space.
