| DESIGN NAME: Ruan Herbs PRIMARY FUNCTION: Oil burner INSPIRATION: Ruan Herbs is inspired by traditional Thai house. Due to a hot and humid climate, a construction with an elevated ground floor and high gable roofs is most practical, the floor protects residents from sudden flood and allows wind to flow through the construction, and the roofs can shield the residents from the sun or raining. Given to a good function of this primitive architecture, it becomes Ruan Herbs oil burner. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Ruan Herbs Thai classic oil burner, simplistic and comfortable feeling of Thai lifestyle. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: You can use the stove burner with a candle or a tea light PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project is developed in October 2014 in Thailand.
