| DESIGN NAME: Albatros PRIMARY FUNCTION: Washbasin - Family Unit INSPIRATION: I was inspired by the wings of the "Albatross" UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: It is designed as a washbasin and it consists of two units. Lower unit is 40 cm height and it is designed for children and also it is suitable for disabled people. Higher unit is 81 cm height and it is for using by adults. This family unit has two taps and two seperate siphon fittings. Also it has backsplash on the back of the washbasin to prevent the water splashes. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Albatros represents to the freedom. The purpose of this design in my doing so with disabilities, the elderly and the children it can be used for the comfortably. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in January 2013 in Bilecik / Bozuyuk / Turkey and finished in August 2013 in Bilecik / Bozuyuk / Turkey |
