RESEARCH ABSTRACT: This design is actually integrated with nature with the used materials and the philosophy of design. Therefore, design has minimal effect on nature but harmony with nature.
CHALLENGE: In the beginning, the design was a little bit different. When we discussed the static and current cost of the building, we realized that we have to make little changes unless affecting the philosophy of the design. As a result, the semi arch structure was decided.

Well done, Murat Gedik! Your work, Field of Flowers, is a stunning example of how architecture, building, and structure design can be used to create a unique, harmonious relationship with nature. The inspiration behind the design – the sunflower – has given your project an impressive ability to rotate its villas 360 degrees a day in order to take in the panoramic view of its surroundings. This, coupled with the use of wind roses to provide energy and the integration of organic agriculture into the project, has created a beautiful and sustainable work that is deserving of the A' Design Award. Congratulations!
