| DESIGN NAME: Beertone PRIMARY FUNCTION: Beer Color Swatches INSPIRATION: As beer enthusiasts and color lovers we thought why there's no beer guide that presents beers around with focus in their colors, at that point we started the development from Beertone. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Beertone is the first Beer Reference Guide based on Beer colors. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: We want to spread the beer and color culture further and at the same time create the surprise effect to a friend that is designer and get Beertone as a gift, something that will never waited for. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Paper: Cover- Algro Design Card 360g/m2 Content Pages: Rebello 200g/m2 Plastic button to keep it like a fan. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The Beertone chart has a Beer Glass form, with 17,5cm height and 5,5cm width. TAGS: Beer, Color, Chart, Swatches, Hue RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We both work with colors for an advertising agency in Switzerland, in the creative depatment, but in our free time we are always looking for new challenges and ideas and thats when decided to invest our time in a simple idea, that a lot of people will like and share, Beertone was born. CHALLENGE: The different Beer Color scales and brands made the whole project a big challenge. First to collect and organize all information, find the different beers around the country and test each one to get the best results and the same time the online presence management.
