A cluster of bespoke environments offering a range of services with an emphasis on Banking and Retail departments. The smiling face of DBS, catering for each and every client’s individual needs.
The ultimate high performance banking space offering DBS clients a peerless environment in which to carry out a range of financial operations with technology and efficiency at its heart.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: To transform DBS customer experience with high tech offering.
Houses the bank's customer facing units, an innovative flagship branch, a state of the art dealing room, the first DBS Treasures Private Client Centre and a refreshing work environment for its employees.
The project aims to give its customers an interactive and intuitive experience through:
Dedicated lounges, interactive greeter wall, QR codes on interactive screens, 300 seat auditorium and first in-branch TV studio.

PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project was completed in September 2012 (13 months in total), and was launched on 17th October 2012 in Marina Bay Financial Centre, Singapore.
