| DESIGN NAME: Heshengzhao Bo Yuege PRIMARY FUNCTION: Wedding Space INSPIRATION: China has many mythological stories, and characters from mythological stories often used as metaphors. Couple are described as the marriage of Loong and Phoenix,The wedding scene is an imaginary palace complex in the sky: the gate of the heavenly palace with a Loong-shaped archway, domineering red pillars, a long corridor on the clouds, fairies dancing gracefully to deliver the bride, At the top of the Ten Thousand Palaces, there are giant Loong and Phoenix as well as inverted crystal pavilions UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This is an epic traditional Chinese wedding like an opera.The name "HeShengZhao&qu OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The process of this activity is very full Opening light show and 8 drummers performing "drum dance" XiNiang held an incense burner to purify the entire audience. 12 folkloric performers "Loong Dance" The screen is full of clouds.In the clouds is a giant Loong. The groom appears in front of the Loong. After, a phoenix soars into the sky 6 fairies danced gracefully,the bride appeared The couple ascended the high platform. The picture in the ultra-wide screen showed the main hall of the Heavenly Palace covered with red curtains During the vows, the roof was filled with sky lanterns and the marriage certificate slowly appeared. Finally, the Ci with ink effect appeared on the screen, and the whole audience recited them together, which was very shocking. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2023 and carried out conceptual design and scheme design. After nearly 6 months of preparation and one and a half months of production, it entered and started construction on the evening of October 1, 2023. On October 3 Finished at 8 a.m. and conducted scene shooting and acceptance. There are about 50 large trucks, and the construction took only one day and two nights to complete The project is located at Guohui Convention and Exhibition Center, Changsha China. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: 3D carving foam sculpture technology and traditional Chinese wooden mortise and tenon construction were widely used in this project The scene design of the fantasy wonderland needs to show the palace on the clouds, the dynamic of the Loong rising into the sky, the phoenix spreading its wings, all of which need to be carried out using 3D carving technology, for the shaping of dynamic scenes, we pre produced computer models for effect display and production reference, and performed partial proofing.Chinese scenes, buildings also need to be used to present a majestic palace feel.We made extensive use of cornices in ancient buildings to create a top of ten thousand palaces. The main stage is as long as 48 meters, the scene is very shocking. Combined with the process, fantasy style special effects videos were produced for each link.Constantly changing scenes. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This is a blank exhibition space in a convention and exhibition center with a height of 9 meters, a total length of 58 meters, a width of 29.5 meters, and an area of nearly 2,000 square meters. The height of the Chinese-style building and aerial hoisting device reaches 8 meters, the wings of the phoenix reach 10 meters wide, the dragon's head reaches 6 meters high, the main stage (promenade) is 48 meters long, and a multimedia ultra-wide LED screen with a height of 7 meters, 28 meters long, playing fantasy special effects videos with strong visual impact (the real giantness is often not felt in pictures and videos) TAGS: Wedding space, art space, Event Design, Multimedia Drama, Chinese Culture RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Type, Using modern technology and the method of producing a stage play to break the imagination Method, set up a complete script with the background of the story set in the world of Chinese mythology. Data, There were about 400 guests, 20 supplier teams, 150 staff teams, and tens of thousands of online viewers. Results, Customers and guests were very shocked. Everyone’s feeling is that this is not a wedding,It’s like everyone is participating in a stage play. The couple is a well known blogger. They broadcast the entire wedding live and more people felt the innovation of traditional Chinese culture. CHALLENGE: 1The biggest challenge is to complete the construction within a very limited time. This is an almost impossible task. We have about 50 trucks of materials, The entire 270 venue is all stage, and 70 percent of it is hoisted at high altitude. We did the utmost sequential space planning and scheduling to successfully complete it 2The most complex scenes, performance procedures and multimedia visual effects ever presented We have almost 20 supplier teams in this project, and our rehearsal only lasts half an hour, which requires us to have strong overall coordination and directing capabilities.
