| DESIGN NAME: Royal One PRIMARY FUNCTION: Private Club House INSPIRATION: Concept: 1.Inclusivity and Harmony of the Circle: The circle, symbolizing completeness and harmony, reflects the Chinese philosophical concept of "unity of heaven and humanity." It's a totem revered in Chinese culture for its emphasis on harmony. Circular design explores the connection between space and emotional needs. 2.Integration of Natural Elements: Inspired by the beauty of nature, water droplet art installations symbolize the flow of life, bringing vitality to the space. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: 1.Purpose: This case involves a private club designed for an owner who enjoys collecting wine and hosting friends and family to share fine wines and meals. The aim is to meet the needs for personal and social balance, enhancing interpersonal communication. 2.Functionality: The property spans four floors above ground and one below, featuring a wine cellar, restaurant, underground barbecue room, billiards room, audio-visual entertainment room, bedrooms， among other functional spaces. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Enter a club with a circular hall that seamlessly connects spaces like the living room and wine cellar, encouraging exploration and movement. Centered in the hall, a water droplet-inspired artwork changes with the light, adding dynamic beauty and energy. This environment is perfect for enjoying wines, barbecues, or conversations, blending privacy and social interaction for diverse enjoyment. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: 1.Overlapping Circles: In the dining area, aluminum panels are used to create an effect of overlapping circles of various sizes, enhancing the spatial visual experience. 2.Durable Materials: Sustainable and high-quality building materials, such as natural stone and custom woodworking, have been carefully selected to ensure the durability and aesthetic appeal of the space. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Water Droplet Art Installation: The installation, approximately 2500 millimeters in height, is suspended above the center of the circular hall at a height of 5000 millimeters. It's crafted from highly reflective materials with built-in LED lighting, creating dynamic effects through light refraction. TAGS: Private club 、 Wine cellar 、 Social space 、 Underground barbecue restaurant 、Fine wine collection RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The goal is to establish a high-end club that balances privacy with social interaction, offering a relaxing and communicative space for modern individuals. Functional areas such as the dining room, wine cellar, and teppanyaki restaurant enhance social interactions, while the audio-visual room and bedrooms cater to private needs. Through meticulously designed layouts and elements, a comfortable yet interactive environment is created. CHALLENGE: The main challenge is blending the owner's wine collection hobby with a space that supports privacy and socializing. Given the owner's love for fine wines and gourmet food, the design uses flexible spatial planning, like areas arranged around a circular hall, and multifunctional features, including a tour-friendly wine cellar, an underground barbecue room, and an audio-visual room. This approach crafts a luxury social space catering to contemporary preferences.
