| DESIGN NAME: Luxura PRIMARY FUNCTION: Super Luxury Motor Yacht INSPIRATION: Luxura draws inspiration from the epitome of opulence, seamlessly blending classic luxury with contemporary extravagance. The vision is to create a floating masterpiece where timeless sophistication meets cutting-edge design, setting a new standard in the world of super yachts. The fusion of chrome and gold accents pays homage to the elegance of classic limousines, while the innovative integration of a helicopter landing pad and two dinghies ensures both style and functionality. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Luxura stands out with its grandeur showcased across six meticulously designed decks. The bow, reminiscent of a classic limousine, encapsulates the essence of luxury travel. The extensive use of chrome and gold not only adds a touch of regality but also reflects the commitment to unparalleled craftsmanship. The yacht offers a harmonious balance between extravagant interiors and spacious exteriors, providing a haven for relaxation and entertainment. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Designed for the discerning few who appreciate the pinnacle of luxury, Luxura ensures a seamless yachting experience. The six decks cater to various needs, from intimate gatherings in lavishly adorned saloons to adventurous excursions facilitated by the helicopter landing pad. The layout encourages a flow between private and social spaces, offering both exclusivity and the joy of communal activities. The presence of two dinghies provides additional avenues for exploration and water-based adventures. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project commenced in August 2019 in Bloomington, Indiana and completed in June 2023. |

CHALLENGE: The main challenge encountered during the design process was seamlessly integrating classic limousine aesthetics into the bow without compromising the yacht's overall proportions. Additionally, incorporating a helicopter landing pad and dinghies required innovative solutions to maintain both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
