PRIMARY FUNCTION: Villa
INSPIRATION: Our project was inspired by the natural beauty and cultural heritage of the location. We aimed to create a harmonious retreat that blends with its surroundings while offering modern comforts. Extensive research and technical expertise were used to adapt local architectural traditions in a contemporary way. The design provides a serene and immersive experience for families seeking respite in nature, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This villa, nestled near the jungle outside the city. It seamlessly combines local tradition with a modern twist. The villa's sloping roofs, inspired by the area's traditional architecture, reach near ground level, adding strength and uniqueness. With cutting-edge technology, exceptional craftsmanship, and a seamless blend of local aesthetics and modernity, this design offers a serene retreat in perfect harmony with its surroundings. Experience relaxation and cultural immersion at its finest.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Operating the villa is effortless and user-friendly. The layout ensures a smooth flow between spaces, allowing for easy navigation and interaction. The spacious bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, while the balcony and terrace offer outdoor relaxation options. The two-zone seating area accommodates different activities and socializing. The design optimizes natural light and scenic views through large glass windows, creating a serene and visually engaging environment. The thoughtful arrangement of spaces and attention to detail result in a better overall experience, enhancing the villa's performance as an ideal retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in June 2022 at Motel Ghoo in Mazandaran Province, Iran. Building construction began in July 2023 and is currently in progress at the same location. Skilled professionals are working diligently to bring the design to life in this picturesque setting.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design features a robust steel structure and a standing seam roof for durability and rain protection. The interior utilizes wood extensively for a cozy ambiance. Expansive glass windows provide breathtaking views and seamless indoor-outdoor connection. The design process employed CAD, 3D modeling, and research for sustainability and energy efficiency. This meticulous integration of materials, technology, and design methodologies results in a captivating and harmonious design.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The design comprises a three-level structure occupying 400 square meters on a 300 square meter land plot. It includes four master bedrooms, with one featuring a balcony. The top floor boasts a spacious terrace, providing a delightful outdoor area. The design also incorporates a two-zone seating area across two levels, optimizing space utilization. These specifications ensure ample living space and offer opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The exploratory research aimed to understand local architectural traditions, integrate modern comforts, and harmonize with the surroundings. The methodology included literature review, site visits, and interviews. Data was collected through observations, document analysis, and interviews. Results informed design decisions, adapted local traditions, and promoted sustainability. The research enhances understanding of culture, promotes sustainable design, and creates a unique experience for occupants.
CHALLENGE: The creative challenge involved balancing local traditions, modern comforts, and natural surroundings. Historical and social perspectives, laws, production possibilities, information availability, and technology influenced the project. Overcoming obstacles required research, engagement with local experts, and continuous design refinement. The result is a harmonious design that respects the past, embraces the present, and offers a sustainable living experience.
