| DESIGN NAME: Infinite Bloom PRIMARY FUNCTION: Public Art INSPIRATION: This sculpture was created for the headquarters of a professional precision metal processing company. The core foundation of the creation of this work is how to showcase the characteristics and texture of metal, and at the same time, convey the spirit of pursuing excellence of the company through the form of sculpture. Therefore, this work attempts to use arc curves as elements, and interlaces them in the vertical space to create a concise, smooth, and dynamic form, converging into a force that continuously extends towards the sky, filling people with expectations for the future. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The 10-meter-tall stainless steel sculpture stands tall and proud on the highest point of the company's square green space. It is like a thriving, vibrant tree, symbolizing the company's thriving development and pursuit of professional excellence. The sculpture is composed of four seamlessly flowing stainless steel arc-shaped units, with a structure that spirals upwards, symbolizing the company's spirit of pragmatism and innovation, and its continuous drive for progress and innovation. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Overall, this remarkable sculpture serves as a powerful symbol of the company's core values and vision, while also contributing to the aesthetic appeal of the green square.The biggest challenge of this work is to make the sculpture's appearance meet the requirements of structural safety. Therefore, in the manufacturing of each unit, precise molds must be made in advance to ensure the consistency of each component, so that the work can be successfully integrated into a whole in the final stage. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The polished surface of the sculpture reflects the colors of the sky and surrounding environment, creating a harmonious connection between the artwork and its surroundings. The rough mineral texture on the interior of the sculpture adds depth and visual interest, further enhancing its captivating appearance under both natural and artificial illumination. The overall shape symbolizes the company's continuous upward development momentum; the stainless steel material symbolizes the company's tenacity and perseverance; the smooth surface symbolizes the company's open and inclusive mind; and the rough mineral texture symbolizes the company's spirit of pragmatism and innovation. During the day, the sculpture reflects the colors of the sky and the surrounding environment, making it blend in with the surrounding environment. At night, the sculpture shines under the light, becoming a beautiful sight in the company's square green space. CHALLENGE: This sculpture, although made of stainless steel plates, is installed at the highest point of a square and must withstand strong winds. Therefore, the design of the sculpture incorporates elements that allow wind to pass through to reduce wind resistance. In addition, the work also uses the contrast between two different metal textures, and through the virtual and real interlaced form and space structure, presents a diverse and rich visual experience in the landscape environment.
