INSPIRATION: Knowing cilantro is a flavor that stirs up polarizing opinions, we introduced Doritos Coriander to encourage playful debate. The design is clean and simple: alive with vivid green, thick layers of cilantro leaves make up the main design element, completely taking over the Doritos bag background for maximum impact. The tagline drives the unapologetically divisive message home: “Deliciously fragrant and indulgently soapy.”

With a boldness and character fit for a chosen few, our team designed limited edition packaging that invites people to find out if they’re one of the select few who thinks coriander (a.k.a. cilantro) tastes like soap.
