| DESIGN NAME: Bertazzoni Pro125I2Ext PRIMARY FUNCTION: Freestanding Cooker INSPIRATION: New aesthetics and applied technology, high engineering made in Italy combined with sophisticated design, a perfect combination to make the kitchen environment unique and distinctive. Cooking on the induction top is quick and safe. The electric oven is equipped with a meat probe for perfect cooking results every time. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Bertazzoni Professional Series 120 cm induction top, griddle, electric double oven (PRO125I2EXT). This double-oven range cooker provides great versatility. The main electric oven has 11 functions, including convection, baking, grilling, warming and more. The auxiliary oven offers six modes while triple-glass doors minimize heat loss. The hob has an induction top with five heating zones, including booster feature, pot detection, residual heat indicator for each zone and two flex zones. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This cooker provides best-in-class efficiency, flexibility and usability: professional performance for your home kitchen.
