INSPIRATION: Inspired by natural landscape, the design objective was recreation of natural flow in the office environment.
Creation of sustainable, dynamic and flexible environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and employee well being.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Unlike any other offices, this flexible space with open layout and varied work setting is used by employees and clients alike. With sustainability in mind, this multifunctional space incorporates eco friendly materials and energy efficient lighting. Brand identity is integrated with art installation.
Extra attention is given to the well-being of users trough biophilic elements and acoustic solutions, features such as ergonomic furniture, access to natural light, and spaces for relaxation and mindfulness activities.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The workspace fosters a sense of community by providing communal areas where employees can socialize, collaborate, and recharge. These spaces, such as lounge, kitchen, and open flexible layout, encourage interaction among colleagues and strengthen relationships within the organization.
By integrating natural shapes, materials and textures with emphasis on the importance of being close to nature, in one of the most remote to nature areas such as office space.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in Sept 2022 and was finished in April 2023 the office is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Enhancing Productivity, Sense of Community and Well-being via principles of Office landscape. Through a comprehensive review of empirical studies and real-world examples we examined the positive effects of biophilic interior design on employee well-being. The importance of innate human connection to nature and the benefits of incorporating natural elements into built environments. By embracing natural landscape principles and incorporating nature-inspired elements into office spaces, organizations can create environments that support employee well-being and organizational success in the increasingly complex and competitive modern workplace.
