| DESIGN NAME: Talents' Clubhouse PRIMARY FUNCTION: Interior Design INSPIRATION: The project is located on 21/f at residential tower, the propose is to serve residents live there. The view outside windows are buildings and fantastic mountain scence. Designer proposed modern Chinese theme "Zen" as per the environment and target customers. Therefore, symmetry ideas and natural materials were applied. Designer specially designed the entrance location. After customers arrived the entrance and reception, they can easily access to library, tea room etc. As the exisitng space is very narrow, so open plan is proposed. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project is located in Jinan, China. The purpose is a clubhouse to serve the residents living in that residential tower. Functions of space included cafe, library, office, gym, laundry etc. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The exisitng space was very narrow and lots of columns were found on site. That was a big challenge, so traffic flow was very important to guide customers from entry to different areas. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Stone, timber, tiles, wallpaper, laminated glasses and carpets are the main materials applied. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 350 square meter TAGS: #Fosun, #clubhouse, #interior #interiordesign, #martinchow #hotkoncepts RESEARCH ABSTRACT: As it is clubhouse project, so functions and styles of the space are important. Designer worked closely with the client's marketing team. After lots of discussions and meetings, all team members agreed the modern Chinese theme "Zen". Besides, the clubhouse should be cozy and customers friendly. Hope all customers like to stay, chat or read during their leisure time. Designer spend much time to research the similar projects and explained to the clients.
