INSPIRATION: Albamon Z emerged to tackle challenges in time-consuming hiring processes for job seekers and recruiters. It provides solutions for efficient and flexible hiring, including quick and targeted hiring, optimized advertising, access to a diverse talent pool, and efficient skill-job matching. In summary, Albamon Z improves the job market's flexibility, efficiency, and accessibility, specifically addressing the very needs of part-time job seekers and businesses with temporary staffing requirements.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Albamon Z, a prominent South Korean online recruitment service, specializes in part-time job listings, offering a user-friendly interface for seamless employer-job seeker connections. Prioritizing swift and efficient job matching, the platform utilizes notification chat and artificial intelligence analysis. The distinctive Z-shaped flag serves as a symbol of the brand's dedication to successful job matching service and empowering Generation Z (born between 1997-2012).
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Albamon Z incentivizes job success with branded goods, promoting part-time opportunities. Merchandise, like coffee mugs and tote bags, serves practical use. Branded work apparel (T-shirts, hats, aprons, name tags) enhances employer branding. Training materials and industry guides support workers' skill development. Recognition gifts (certificates, gift cards) express appreciation. Albamon Z's merchandise reinforces its message, championing part-time employment and career growth.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: This project started in March 2023 in Seoul, finished in November 2023, and was launched in December 2023 in Seoul, South Korea.

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Albamon Z, an online recruitment platform specializing in part-time jobs, prioritizes software development, server infrastructure, and database management, utilizing programming languages, web development frameworks, and cloud computing services. The platform integrates artificial intelligence and machine learning for efficient job matching and user interactions. Our Generation Z-focused brand identity features a slanted logotype, a symbolic flag, a friendly mascot, and a vibrant color palette.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Albamon Z targets Generation Z, considering their tech-savvy, socially conscious, and flexible nature. Key technological properties include a user-friendly interface, AI based talent recommendation, visually appealing design, instant messaging for quick communication, personalized contents with customized job recommendations, and location-based job listings for reduced commute time and costs. These aspects align with Generation Z's preferences.

CHALLENGE: Designing elements for our brand essence that resonate with Gen-Z was the project's main challenge. The slanted logotype embodies values in quick job-matching: simplicity, intuitiveness, and accuracy. The flag symbol, inspired by car race flags, signifies swift job securing and victory. The mascot personifies our key feature—swift recruitment news delivery. The color palette, led by the primary color orange, embodies success and joy, aligning seamlessly with Generation Z's preferences.
