| DESIGN NAME: Fimon Radio Frequency Meter PRIMARY FUNCTION: Beauty Instrument INSPIRATION: Its aesthetic design is inspired by the allure of diamonds, featuring facets and details resembling beads on both sides to mimic the luster of diamonds. To capture the rare, valuable, and beautiful attributes of diamonds in this design, the device is meticulously finished with plant based leather, evoking a sense of premium luxury. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This radio frequency meter expertly integrates multiple popular facial beauty technologies available today, such as radio frequency, EMS, and red light therapy. It synergizes the benefits of heat, electricity, and light to enhance skin health in many aspects, including reducing fine lines, lifting and firming skin, and boosting collagen production. Beyond improving skin condition, the benefits it offers further alleviate the concerns related to appearance and foster the confidence of users. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: This beauty device employs eight electrodes for volume heating radio frequency, penetrate deep into the reticular dermis to boost both collagen and elastic fiber production. It also leverages EMS technology, controlling the gradual release of compound currents for facial lifting and firmness enhancement, and its unique red ruby technology emits a 630nm wavelength, effectively improving skin complexion. For added safety, it boasts four temperature protection features to prevent potential burns. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design and development of this device started in October 2023 in Yuyao, Zhejiang, with completion anticipated in January 2024. It is expected to be introduced to the market by April 2024. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The device is finished with plant based leather, offering both tactile enjoyment and environmental friendliness. It also features a waterproof design with an IPX6 rating, enhancing safety and guaranteeing reliable performance in humid conditions. This beauty device can penetrate deep into the skin to boost collagen production, lift and firm the skin, reduce wrinkles, and enhance skin texture, culminating in the radiant, healthy skin users long for. CHALLENGE: The primary challenge in this design lay in ensuring the safety of users when the radio frequency heats the skin. To address to this concern, this beauty device incorporates four temperature protection features, safeguarding users against burns. Furthermore, a gyroscope is integrated into the device to monitor its movement in real time, thereby preventing uneven heating which can occur if the device lingers too long in one spot.
