| DESIGN NAME: Skyline Bay PRIMARY FUNCTION: Community Center INSPIRATION: This project echoes Shaxi and the Wetland Park, builds the concept of ‘Water Island’, and creates a high-end dynamic intelligent community, the Waterfront Ecological Island: the melodious melody and romantic rhythm of Shaxi located to the north of the plot are extracted to create an amazing trend of science and technology life together with science and technology art, and trigger customers' beautiful imagination of waterfront charm and science and technology life style. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: SkylineBay traces its roots to the new modern luxury residence architecture art and surpasses the imagination of traditional residence, creating a neo-modernism innovative luxury residence with a fearless spirit of subversion and breakthrough. It extracts the meandering and streamlined elements of Shaxi to the north side of the plot, integrates the inspiration of time and light, and uses the flowing lines as the main frame of the exhibition area. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The entrance uses the front space to present the initial image of the project and create a sense of belonging and anticipation. While the internal space has an independent and complete flow line, its core function is always actively interwoven with the flow line through the space volume. The interior design adopts circular curves, creating visual beauty while leaving a corner for people to meditate, creating a sense of solitude. Moreover, it forms an independent and semi-enclosed island space, catering to customers' personal and noble experience demands. People can not help but stop to stay, explore its mystery, leaving endless reverie, but also the spire circle crowd gather a place of platinum social place. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Silver-white aluminum plate and champagne gold perforated aluminum plate are used to simulate the flexible curve lines of the butterfly wings, so that the shadow level of the architectural lines can be strengthened, giving people a "gilding and silvering" and amazing stylish visual impact. Silver, champagne gold and light blue create visual enjoyment in an orderly manner, presenting a sense of rhythm, showing the level and texture of light and shadow in the sunshine. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The construction area of the project is 920 square meters. The two-story double-height design forms a semi-wrapped space with partitions but no separation, bringing enormous charm. Its unique design make people cannot help but want to stop to explore its mystery, leaving endless reverie. It is indeed a platinum social place where the elites gather. SkylineBay is eager to break free and pursue freedom, and its architectural form with a sense of design and extreme aesthetics updates the current modern architectural style. The future-oriented superfluid curve facade can bring a soft and friendly feeling to people to fully show its difference from the surrounding similar products and bring different sensory effects.
