| DESIGN NAME: King Back I PRIMARY FUNCTION: Outdoor Lighting INSPIRATION: Adhering to the people-oriented design concept, it achieves products with multiple functions, multiple scenarios, and portablity, and it's widely used in outdoor operations, underground lighting, emergency rescue, and other fields. Adhering to the concept of "green and healthy lighting", using green aluminum, selecting high-efficiency environmentally friendly LED light sources, it achieves low-carbon energy saving and green environmental protection. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: By borrowing the one-fourth nut fixing method and innovating the 360 degrees intelligent magnetic charging interface, the product can be fixed to a tripod or magnetically available on the basis of supporting headwear operation. And it can meet outdoor warning and photography fill lighting and so on. The integrated optical design has a light transmittance rate of over 96%. With four modes and highly sealed structure, it can meet various ourdoor environments. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: 1. Supporting four modes (strong light, weak light, flood light, and red-blue safety warning flash) with a touch switch, and freely adjusted by 90 degrees; 2. 360 degrees intelligent magnetic charging, intelligent power display, real-time control of charge and discharge power; 3. Supporting headwear, tripod fixed and magnetic suction; 4. Using quick detachable high elasticity breathable anti-slip headband, makes it comfortable to wear. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project will finish in October 2023 in Kunming,Yunnan Province. |
PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: By borrowing the one-fourth nut fixing method and innovating the magnetic charging interface, the product supports headwear and it can be fixed to a tripod or magnetically available. It supports four modes and the allumination angle can be freely adjusted by 90 degrees to meet outdoor mobile, fixed and other environments. The highly sealed structure combined with aluminum material covers various harsh environments such as high altitude and deep water areas (no less than 50m). Borrowing the one-fourth fixed method and innovating the 360 degrees intelligent magnetic charging interface and supporting headwear, tripod fixed and magnetic suction. Coupling with four modes and 90 degrees illumination angle adjustment, it not only achieve wide spread application, but supports 360 degrees intelligent magnetic charging and one click operation interactively, making it simpler and more convenient. CHALLENGE: As a high-frequency outdoor product, it adopts an aluminum alloy shell as the active cooling body, quickly transferring the heat of the LED to the outside, effectively reducing light source decay and improving product lifespan. It also uses ultrasonic technology and a reasonable mechanical structure, making it strong and durable, suitable for various harsh environments such as high altitudes and deepwater areas(no less than 50m).
