| DESIGN NAME: Artistic Empire PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential INSPIRATION: Situated in the front row of the Kaohsiung Museum of Art landscape, this residence offers an unparalleled view of the museum's expansive greenery. The design is inspired by the fusion of premium vistas and natural lighting, creating a space that shines in harmony with its architectural and environmental context. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The overall spatial planning adopts an open layout to convey a sense of grandeur, incorporating the ART DECO style to embody contemporary elegance and luxury. The main visual elements feature artful luxury stones, marble, and metal trim, highlighting linear, wave-like, and flowing designs that extend from the public areas to the bedrooms. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The dining room, open kitchen, and living room form a large, open communal area that, through floor-to-ceiling windows, integrates the skyline, greenery, and urban landscape into the living experience. Dual-layer curtains serve as intermediaries between indoors and outdoors, allowing for adjustable natural light and privacy. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design seamlessly integrates materials such as stone, wood grain, and titanium-plated metal to create intricate layers against a backdrop of white ceilings and floor tiles. Carefully selected designer furniture and lighting fixtures enhance the space's refined fashion sense. SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: 51m2 TAGS: Wotang RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The design carefully balances living dynamics and functionality, featuring three bedrooms and a separate maid's room, catering to the aspirations of peak living conditions. CHALLENGE: The challenge was to immerse the interior and balcony spaces within millions of acres of greenery, enabling a free embrace of the beautiful green views. The project aimed to craft a space of luxurious elegance that enriches the residents' perspective with vitality and inspiration.
