PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: Once my proposal for the interior design was submitted, it took a little over six months to complete every detail. From purchasing to execution. I decided to use light furniture with textile textures in order to create a pop up effect on the flooring. Every detail from the decor to the cushions was thought about, how each color can play a role in the perfect design.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This house was designed in a 2000m2 land, and it hosts 1360m2 of construction.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We researched for each element that was placed into the home specifically, they all have a reason to be there. All the pieces of artworks reachs out to the visitor. Might it be the textures, the colors or movement, they all have a place in Berit.
CHALLENGE: The hardest part of this design was working with the walls of this community, the house is in Casa de Campo Resort, one of the top 15 resorts worldwide. Therefore, because of its location, we had to respect all the rules that are in place. This complicated the receiving of materials, furniture and more. It influenced the amount of hours we were allowed to work just Monday through Friday midday. All of this contributed to our team to be extremely organized and work it a meticulous manner.
