| DESIGN NAME: Power Mural PRIMARY FUNCTION: Energy Storage Battery INSPIRATION: The product is both visually pleasing and practical. It boasts a brushed aluminum alloy metal shell to create a rich play of light for a unique visual effect, suggesting high performance of this battery pack. A gradual light strip full of a sense of vitality symbolizes the flowing of the energy from the battery pack in use, which also echoes the bottom indicator light to give a dynamic feeling and provide a visually layering experience. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This battery pack aims to offer more families an efficient, convenient, safe energy storage solution. It makes innovation and optimization in modular design, electrical multilevel protection, environmental adaptation, etc., leading to high safety and good durability. The product of the minimalist style can harmoniously blend into any home environment. Its split structure supports diverse parallel connection methods. The battery pack enables hidden parallel cables inside for tidiness. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The dial free design helps to automatically identify newly connected ones, and all battery packs involved can adjust their parameters accordingly without manual operation. Its combination with quick plug connector design greatly reduces the difficulty of installation and operation. A gradual light strip embedded in the center of the shell will change its color to indicate the charging or discharging status and battery level. The bottom triangular indicator light also acts as a switch. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The design and development of this project started in Ningbo, in February, 2023. It was introduced to the market in May, 2023. |

With technological improvement and cost reduction, household battery packs become a new choice favored by more consumers, and the market demand is soaring. CHALLENGE: The key challenge lay in striking a balance between minimalist aesthetics and excellent performance. The product averts frills, and is designed with the aluminum alloy metal shell featuring simple lines, the gradual light strip, and the triangular indicator light, leading to a sense of technology. The modular design for stable quality, BMS precharge design for current overload avoidance, and intelligent charge or discharge SOP management for dynamic regulation of current, ensure high safety.
