DESIGN NAME: No8
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Residential Space
INSPIRATION: The inspiration of the space comes from the observation and exploration of architectural aesthetics. Through in-depth thinking on the concept of large-scale color blocks, we have insight into the combination of different color blocks to create a multi-layered and dynamic sense, further enhance the visual sense, and improve the quality of space design. This design method endows the interior space with a unique shape, full of vitality and change.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The uniqueness of this design lies in the combination and stacking of large color blocks, and the interpretation of the relationship between life and time. Through the combination of large color blocks, this design can create a high-level sense of life and movement, while making the space full of vitality. This combination and stacking method can also reflect the deduction time. Over time, the concept of inner feelings has also changed.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: By integrating the principles of color blocking with the element of time, we have developed an innovative and dynamic design solution that turns architectural spaces into captivating works of art. This unique approach not only captures people's attention but also invites them to explore and experience a space filled with endless surprises. Our design philosophy goes beyond aesthetics; it aims to create an environment that fosters close interaction with users and caters to their diverse interior space requirements. Our ultimate goal throughout the design process is to enhance user comfort and satisfaction while harnessing the transformative power of aesthetics within the space.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in december 2022 in mailiao, Taiwan and finished in March 2023 in mailiao, Taiwan

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The design also incorporates the concepts of environmental protection and sustainable development. Using renewable materials and energy-efficient appliances, the home not only reduces its environmental impact, it also reduces energy consumption and emissions. This sustainable design makes the house more in line with modern people's values and environmental awareness, providing a sustainable solution for future living.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: This design emphasizes the temporal change of space and respects the user's lifestyle and environmental needs. During the day, the space provides an active place for activities, allowing users to perform various activities flexibly. Form a serene space that serves the functions of reception and relaxation. The functions that change over time make the space more suitable for people's needs, enhance the bond between life and work, and create more happiness.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: We created a relationship with temporal derivation, treating time as an important design element. we think deeply about housing changes in different time periods, and take this change into design considerations. this idea comes from the focus of life on style and environmental requirements.
CHALLENGE: We realize that users need to provide different functional requirements in different time periods. Therefore, our design pursues versatility and flexibility, so that the house can better meet the needs of users, improve their connection between life and work, and thus increase their sense of well-being.
