RESEARCH ABSTRACT: Behavioral maps are used to document readily observable characteristics, movements, and activities, time spent at fixed locations or in a transit, and the details of environmental context. Through this method, we could observe the interaction between the participants and the plants nearby, such as actions and behaviors. In addition, through the records of different people's surveys, we can find out what attracts participants nearby.
CHALLENGE: Based on the field investigation and analysis by using User Journey and cart sorting, it can be concluded that people's pain point is that they want more interaction, socializing and happiness. So design is from these ideas.
