RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The study on value factors of colored gemstones reveals that gemstones that are small in size and have irregular shapes are considered to have low value. As a result, the purchase rate of these gemstones in the retail market is very low. However, the designer of this collection can appreciate their beauty and uniqueness from a different perspective and showcase it with this pair of brooches.
These brooches depict pink flowers blooming in spring using a flat design style. Their purpose is to evoke a sense of nature and alleviate people's stress.
CHALLENGE: The gemstones used for this collection are irregular in shape and have the same color. They also need to have the same quality. It took a significant amount of time to find and acquire them from the market.
