DESIGN NAME: Mono Pizza
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Brand Identity
INSPIRATION: The inspiration behind my project comes from one of the most famous artworks in history - Leonardo da Vinci's Mona Lisa. I was captivated by her enigmatic smile and wanted to create my own modern version of the iconic painting. Using the technique of monoline art, I aimed to capture the essence of Mona Lisa's gaze without relying on intricate details.
I spent countless hours honing my craft and ensuring that every line and curve conveyed the right emotion and expression.
UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Monopizza is a pizzeria located in the UK that aims to elevate the process of pizza-making to the level of high art. The name "Monopizza" combines the words "Monalisa" and "pizza," reflecting the concept of blending art and cuisine. The company's logo also reflects this concept by combining the image of the Mona Lisa with an image of pizza.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: The artwork utilizes a minimalist style achieved through the use of only three colors that when combined, create the necessary contrast and complete the composition. The final result creates a harmonious visual impression through the organic combination of the selected colors. The minimalist approach present in the artwork provides a clear and concise transmission of ideas, enhancing the viewer's focus on the main content
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in April 2022 and work on the branding continues to this day.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The main goals of the study were to identify user needs, preferences, and pain points in order to inform the design of the product. To achieve these goals, the study used a combination of surveys, interviews, and usability tests to collect data from a diverse group of participants.
The study employed various research tools, including survey software, interview protocols, and usability testing software, to gather and analyze data. Participants were recruited through social media, online forums, and email lists
CHALLENGE: The most challenging aspect of this design project was navigating the complex balance between functionality and aesthetics. Finding innovative solutions that both meet the practical needs of the user while also being visually compelling required a great deal of creativity and experimentation. Additionally, incorporating historical and social perspectives into the design added another layer of complexity.
External factors, such as available technology and materials, also presented challenges. For example, limitations in production capabilities required careful consideration of manufacturing processes and techniques to ensure that the final product could be successfully realized
