Research into local culture and architecture, along with the latest design trends, resulted in a unique and personalized design. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The North Coast villa interior design is a perfect blend of innovation and timeless elegance. This turnkey project showcases flawless time and budget management, exceeding the client's expectations with high-quality results. Its balance between functionality and aesthetic appeal is remarkable, with a seamless fusion of modern and contemporary elements. The use of high-quality materials, thoughtful layout, and attention to detail are some strengths that make this design stand out.
OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Interactions between various design elements, such as space planning, color scheme, and furniture selection, are crucial to achieving a harmonious and functional design. selecting a particular material, establishing a color palette, or determining the spatial layout. A well-thought-out design that i took into consideration the client's preferences, the surrounding environment, and the latest design trends will result in a better outcome. A good design performance is achieved for me when the space not only looks aesthetically pleasing but also functions well and enhances the client's lifestyle.
PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project started in November 2020 in Cairo, Egypt and finished in June 2021 in North Coast, Egypt

PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: To design the seashell villa, i used utilized techniques such as sketching the layout, removed all the unnecessary walls that blocks the daylight and wide view to the outside, and researching fresh design inspirations based on local culture and trends. They also focused on materials, textures, colors, and lighting to create a visually cohesive design. Regular communication with the client ensured their expectations were met. The methodology involved a combination of research, creativity, and communication, resulting in a successful project that exceeded the client's expectations.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: Total area of the indoor areas: 700. square meter.
Total area of the outdoor area: 1500 square meter.
Total no. of bedrooms: 7 bedrooms- each bedroom have a bathroom and walk in closet.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: the research was conducted to gather insights into local culture and current design trends, as well as to understand the client's needs and preferences. The research was qualitative and exploratory in nature, aimed at informing the overall design concept and specific design decisions.

The methodology involved a combination of desk research, site visits, and interviews with the client to gain a comprehensive understanding of the design requirements.
CHALLENGE: The hardest part of this design activity was meeting the tight deadline of completing a turn-key project within just seven months. The challenge required careful planning, effective time management, and flexibility to overcome unexpected setbacks or delays. Additionally, ensuring that the design met the client's needs and expectations while remaining within the time constraints was also challenging.
