PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The simplest idea of going all white as the base led to selecting the Terrazo slabs to seemlessly unify the entire house into one space which also had split levels. The Living room welcomes you with a hint of a swivel chair next to this full size window which allows you to switch between having a conversation with the guest or enjoy the mesmerising sky. The sofa with the backdrop of a textured painting adds the much needed simplicity to the space. The windows when opened up also lets you enjoy this space as a balcony. The steps add to the dynamism of the space with a split level provided for a bedroom.
SPECIFICATIONS / TECHNICAL PROPERTIES: The apartment is around 80 Sq.Mts. in Navi Mumbai.

RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The space was small and hence the idea was to maximize every square inch to make the space appear bigger than it was.
The white terrazo with seemless feel was the best choice for floor to make it look one large floor.
CHALLENGE: Relating the outside to the inside was the biggest challenge as the outside was almost 100 mts away. hence the idea of maximized windows which relate the most to the outdoors.
