PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Packaging For Mineral Water

INSPIRATION:
We have identified a method of achieving fulfilling experience solely through printing. It was a challenging yet enjoyable task to convey themes of life and nature and create a strong feeling on a label with a display-effective visual area of only 8x10cm. We discovered that printing patterns on the surface of a bottle alone can not create the immersive feeling of being present nor depict the advantages of water quality and source. We observed that light refraction by water can enlarge images and curve their edges, like a magnifying glass, instantly opening up the field of vision and revealing details. Therefore, we filled the bottle with water and affixed landscape photos on the back side of the bottle, creating a lens effect that intensifies the spatial and depth perception through the visual parallax of the human eye. This created a strong sense of the foreground and background. The label design was printed on both sides of the bottle, with the front featuring a hollow image of animal protection in the Changbai Mountain water source area, and the back displaying the real-life snowy mountain landscape in the Changbai Mountain water source area. As you rotate the bottle, the focus of your eyes shifts between the foreground and background, creating a parallax effect that makes the stationary scenery appear to move as if you were looking around. This creates spatial and immersive feelings instantly. The mountain-shaped cutting surface at the top of the bottle also depicts kaleidoscopic patterns such as ice crystals. The entire interactive concept is novel and interesting.

UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Nongfu Spring Changbai Mountain White Snow Natural Spring Water. Changbai Mountain White Snow Natural Spring Water is derived from the primitive forests of Changbai Mountain following melting of the ice and snow covering the northeast regions of China. The mountain in this region is covered with white snow all year round. A visit to this remote water source in the Changbai Mountain creates a feeling of a magnificent and vibrant environment characterized by presence of rare and lively animals in the natural water source ecosystem. We hope that consumers can immerse themselves in this precious water source, which is a home to rare animals, by turning the bottle and observing the agile figures of wild animals and the changing light and shadow of the real-life snow mountain. Furthermore, we hope that this product can awaken people's love for nature and their sense of responsibility and emotion towards environmental protection.

OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION:
The label design was printed on both sides of the bottle, with the front featuring a hollow image of animal protection in the Changbai Mountain water source area, and the back displaying the real-life snowy mountain landscape in the Changbai Mountain water source area. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY:
"Simplicity and modernity. Carefully creating an immersive sensory interactive experience." The overall design embodies simplicity and modernity, presenting consumers with a carefully crafted immersive sensory experience. "Under existing production conditions, produce the results that best fit the design." The bottle label design uses double-sided printing, with the front displaying a hollowed-out image of protected animals from the Changbai Mountain water source area, and the back showing a real-life snowy mountain landscape from the same area. During the designing process, various perspectives of the foreground and background were overlaid and repeatedly tested to achieve the best performance. During printing, the ink coverage and transparency were repeatedly tested to determine the best balance point. For white printing and scratch-resistant surface treatment, various different processes were compared and the most stable solution was selected. Considering the cost limitations of mass-produced products, a compromise was made in the transparency of the packaging material, allowing a specific pattern to be visible from the back, reducing the difficulty of the printing process while balancing cost and production stability.
