| DESIGN NAME: Wine and Art PRIMARY FUNCTION: Mutifunctional Services INSPIRATION: The complex is inside of the most visited tourist attraction the Bulgarian Castle. As the castle attracts thousand visitors per day, it is an important part of the additional services. The design is following the main, so called magic and fairy tale style of the castle. All the construction materials are from the natural marble lime stone and carved wood. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The complex consists of underground winery, art gallery and guest golden room. The complex offers wide range of services including wine tasting, photo sessions, official and family events. It attracts film studios and TV shows from all around the World. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: flags and own designed currency. The castle follows the style named magic fairy tale style of the architecture design and media presence. The complex is operating time is all round the clock and all round the year. Educated and professional staff consists of sommelier and salesman in the winery, two Multilanguage speaking guides in the art gallery and professional manager of the gold room, belonging to the king. The technical staff assures electrical and power supply system and management of the multimedia equipment. PROJECT DURATION AND LOCATION: The project starts on 2012 and it was fully finished in 2022. During the construction period except the construction activity were solved the next following tasks: Producing the own brand of wines and local drinks including development of the trade brand. Finding the professional sommelier and enlisting the business in the local and international wine destinations. The art gallery was developed according the standards and opening the two museums on it, including museum of the ancient maps and museum of the porcelain. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The technology and construction are based only on the natural materials, as marble limestone, marble and granite. The complex combines the idea for the magic and fairy tale style together with the multifunctional services with the aim to assure hi quality service of the clients including (local wines and drinks, sommelier services, sales services, multimedia services, professional tourist guides. The complex is located 8 meters underground of the castle's main building with a separate independent power supply, air-condition and moist control system. The total area of the complex is 830 square meters. TAGS: Movie location, Winery, Art Gallery, Photo session, Events location, Live concert shows, Theater and cinema, Museum RESEARCH ABSTRACT: The main idea of the complex is to attract more professional clients, as film companies, musical performers, photo professionals and all art and media companies and to offer them complex services. At the same time it's always open for individual tourist and groups. CHALLENGE: All the parts of the complex are combined under the control of the professional management. The separate parts as winery, art gallery and the golden room are unique for the local market and the whole advertising activity is targeting the correct clients. The professional advisors are controlling the design, furnishing, equipment and services.
