| DESIGN NAME: Shield Light PRIMARY FUNCTION: Multifunctional Floodlight INSPIRATION: The design of the shield lamp is inspired by the European medieval shield, the shield has unparalleled significance in European culture, the shield means guardianship and strength, we hope that when people use the shield lamp, they can rely on the bright light source to illuminate the darkness, protect personal safety and improve work efficiency; at the same time the elegant appearance of the shield lamp, not only in the work scene to provide lighting support for people. UNIQUE PROPERTIES / PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Shield Light is a multi-function floodlight. It combines the elements of a shield, aims to give users a sense of security by giving the elements of a shield a meaning of guardianship and strength. The Shield Light with light-weight aluminium housing to make it stronger and corrosion resistant but still easy carrying. It can use adaptor to suit for almost all power batteries(eg. BOSCH) to meet long working time. OPERATION / FLOW / INTERACTION: Before using the shield Light, remove the shield 18V tool battery light, open the left and right side snaps of the battery compartment on the back, insert the branded battery adapter and branded batteries, snap on the battery compartment cover and snap on the two side snaps. The Shield light also contains an on/off button and two brightness adjustment buttons. Before use you can adjust the pivot to the right angle, then turn on the switch and adjust to the right brightness for use. PRODUCTION / REALIZATION TECHNOLOGY: The shield light is made of aluminium, a material with low density and light weight, making the shield light easy to carry and quick to switch to different scenes. This material is corrosion resistant and more durable. The carrying handle has a rough leather patterned surface and is ergonomic with a non-slip and anti-rotation feature. The battery compartment cover is made of translucent frosted plastic, allowing the user to easily keep track of the status of the battery compartment. CHALLENGE: How to get rid of the traditional form of work light, the cultural significance of the shield elements and the shape of the light to make a perfect combination; consider the practicality of the product, the use of aluminium materials, so that The light weight, robustness and resistance to wear and tear make it suitable for outdoor work. To ensure a comfortable battery replacement process, the shield light is made of translucent frosted plastic. material, allowing the user to easily grasp the status of the battery compartment.
